Beyond the theatre

Beyond the theatre
La Mama Theatre has nurtured and given a platform to an untold number of artistic creations, thousands of theatre productions, play and poetry readings, film, music, puppetry as well as parties, weddings, funerals and wakes.
Creativity and expression have reached far beyond the four walls of the theatre space with artists and staff designing and making signboards, posters and flyers, murals, installations, taking photographs, painting, writing books and even making some lights, chair covers and a sink as a part of the rebuild.
